Looking for a 50/50 co-owner – female in my late 20’s

Hey! I’m 28 and work as a primary school teacher in Brisbane. I’m looking to buy an apartment around Toowong and hoping to find another woman around my age who’s interested in buying together.
I’m looking at apartments around the $700k–$750k mark and would ideally like to split the purchase roughly 50/50.
I’m pretty easy-going, clean and social. I love getting outdoors, going for walks and trying new restaurants on the weekends.
I’d ideally like to co-own for around 3–5 years and then reassess where we’re both at. If you’re in a similar position, I’d love to chat!
