Hey! I’m currently sharing a house with three others, but I’m looking to make the move from renting to owning.
I work full-time in the CBD and have been approved to borrow up to $470k. I’m looking for two others in a similar position who might be interested in going thirds on a 3–4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house.
Ideally, I’m looking for silent equity partners, as I’d like the flexibility to choose my own housemates. That said, for the right person I’d definitely be open to a mix of joint resident and silent equity partners too.
