Hi! We’re two sisters in our early 30s looking to buy a townhouse together in Melbourne.
Between us, we can contribute around 75% towards the kind of property we’re looking for, so we’re hoping to find a silent equity partner interested in purchasing the remaining 25%.
We’d both live in the property and pay fixed rent for your share. We’re looking for somewhere we can call home for at least the next five years, so we’d love to find someone with a similar investment timeframe.
We’re still fairly flexible on location but looking around Richmond, Hawthorn and surrounding areas. Happy to chat through what an arrangement could look like!
