France/Aussie expat family looking to co-own a home in the South of France

My husband and I moved from France to Australia 10 years ago with our young family. We’re now at the stage where we’d love to spend more time back in Europe — ideally around 3–4 months each year to be closer to family.

We figured there must be other expats in Australia in a similar position who would love to have a home base in Europe for a few months of the year, without having to own and maintain a property there entirely on their own.

We’re looking for another couple or family interested in buying a property 50/50 with us. Ideally, we’d work out different times of the year for each of us to use the home, and when neither of us is there, we’d be open to renting it out as an Airbnb rather than having it sit empty.

We’re pretty flexible on exactly what the arrangement looks like and would love to connect with someone in a similar situation and work out the details together.
