Looking for flat co-owner in Nundah

Hi! I’m 28 and work as a lawyer in Brisbane. I’ve managed to build up a decent deposit, but buying a two-bedroom apartment on my own would stretch me more than I’d like.
I’m looking around Nundah and Clayfield and hoping to find another joint resident interested in purchasing together. My contribution would be around $400k and ideally I’d like to find someone in a similar position.
I work fairly long hours during the week, so home is definitely my quiet space. Outside of work I love cooking, going to the gym and catching up with friends.
I’m open on the exact timeframe but thinking we’d co-own for at least 3–5 years before looking at selling or one of us buying the other out.
