Looking for silent equity partner for 25% of North Lakes home

Hi my fiancee and I are in our late 20’s and are looking to purchase a home in North Lakes. We are looking for a three bedroom property and are looking for a silent equity partner to own 25% for the next two years so we have additional funds available for our wedding and travel after. We are looking to live in the property for the next year and then rent it out whilst we go travelling/ work is taking us away from Brisbane for a couple of years. At the end of the 2 years we would like to buy out our silent equity partner for their 25% ownership at market value.
