Looking for easy-going co-owner – flat at Burleigh/ Tweed

Hey! I’m 28 and work in tech, mostly from home. I’ve been renting on the Gold Coast for a few years and love the lifestyle around Burleigh/ Tweed Heads, so I’d really like to buy here rather than move further inland just to be able to purchase on my own.
I’m looking for another joint resident around my age who’d be interested in buying a two-bedroom apartment together 50/50.
I’m pretty active and usually spend my weekends surfing, running, grabbing coffee or catching up with friends. I’m clean and easy-going and because I work from home a couple of days a week, I’d ideally like someone who’s respectful of each other’s space.
Thinking around 3–5 years initially, then we can reassess!
