My husband and I live in Brisbane but still own our home in Melbourne. We are currently renting it out and have the intention of selling in a few years but would like to start that transition now to give ourselves a bit more cash. We are looking for a resident partner who would like to purchase 30% of the property and pay reduced rent for the remaining share we own.
