Hi all, seeking silent partners to invest in land & farming operation so I can expand my farming operation – property in question is 11 000 acres mixed arable largely wheat. Ideally looking for 10 silent partners contributing $500K. Will receive healthy compensation at above market rate for lease – around 6% of land value – about $50K / year per 1 100 acres + agreed percentage of ag output profits. Aprox 10% starting at $72 / acre/ year.
