Looking for a resident partner – apartment around Alex headland

Hi! My husband and I are currently based in Brisbane but have always planned to eventually make the move to the Sunshine Coast.
We’re probably still around five years away from relocating, but rather than waiting until then we’d love to get a foot in the door around Alexandra Headland now.
We’re looking to purchase around 50% of a property as silent equity partners alongside someone who would live there. We’d be happy for the resident owner to pay fixed rent for our share, with the idea that we may look to purchase their share when we’re ready to relocate.
We’re flexible on exactly how it could work and would love to connect with someone whose plans might line up with ours.
