Looking for a 50/50 Co-Owner in Greenslopes

Hey! I’m a doctor living and working in Brisbane for the next three years before I plan to move elsewhere.

I’m looking to purchase an apartment in or around Greenslopes, ideally close to work, and hoping to find someone interested in buying 50/50. I’m open to either a joint resident who would live there with me or a silent equity partner.

I work quite a bit, so I’m clean, tidy and like home to be fairly quiet. I’m definitely social too, but equally appreciate my downtime! If living together, I’d ideally like to find someone in their late 20s or early 30s with a similar lifestyle.

After three years, I’d be looking to sell my share and exit the arrangement.
