Looking for another guy in mid/ late twenties to co-own flat

Hey! I’m 26 and work as an engineer. I’ve been saving for a few years and would really like to buy rather than keep renting, but purchasing a decent place close to the city on my own is a bit out of reach.
I’m looking around Geelong and hoping to find another guy in his 20s or early 30s interested in buying 50/50.
I’m into the gym, live sport and getting out with mates on the weekends. I’m clean, pretty relaxed and work full-time during the week.
Ideally I’d like to co-own for around 3–5 years and then either sell or potentially buy the other person’s share depending on where life is at.
