Hey! I am a first home buyer looking to purchase a house in Cairns, the area I am looking at is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to amenities and the beach. Ideally I am looking for a silent equity partner who won’t be on the title (I am a first home buyer looking to get the grant):
- $150K capital contribution for 3 years years at which I will buy you out at market value
- Set rental income for your equivalent share
- I have a lawyer who has started to draft a co-ownership agreement so ready to negotiate this when the right person comes along!
The area I am looking at has performed well so keen to get a foot in the door.
