Looking for joint resident/ silent equity partners – acerage/ dual residence property
Description
Hi I’m Charlie and my husband and I are looking to purchase some acerage around Lake Morgerah. We are looking at properties around 60 hectares with dual residence so we have our own space. We would be looking at the property as our primary residence. Happy for co-owners who want to also live on the property or have it as a weekender. We’d be interested in setting up a weekender cabin on the property that we could rent out for stays etc. Shoot through a message if you’re interested in exploring.
