Hey! I’m Ryan.
I work as an engineer in the mining industry and do FIFO (8:6 roster). Ideally, I’d love to find someone who also does FIFO but on the opposite roster. Not because I don’t want to share —I just figured we’d both get a bit more space while still splitting the costs.
I’m looking to buy a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment or townhouse around Albion/ Newstead so it’s close to both the city and the airport for work and social life.
I’m hoping to split everything 50/50, so I’m looking for someone who can contribute around $450k.
