DEMO: Townhouse in Chermside, Bris – Silent Partner
Description
Hi! I am looking for someone who would like to purchase a 1/3 third share in a townhouse in Chermside, Bris.
The details:
- 3 bedroom
- 2 bathroom
- $300K capital
- Valued at approx $950k
About me:
- Good savings but not enough to qualify for such a large loan, especially on just my income
- So looking for a silent partner who would like to invest 1/3 and receive weekly rental income for their share (I would rent a room out to cover your share)
Feel free to reach out if you’re interested!
