DEMO Joint Residency: Apartment in Melbourne
Description
Hi! THIS IS A DEMO
Looking for:
- A co-investor to live in a 2 bedroom apartment in inner Melbourne with me (or rent out that room as I cannot afford to pay additional rent for that half)
- $450K capital contribution
- Ideally looking to either buy out the other co-investor or selling the apartment in 6 years (at this point – anything can happen in your 20’s!)- love to go out on my own at this point – but really am just looking for someone who is flexible
A bit about me:
- Early 20’s
- Stable full time job in Melbs cbd
- Really good savings
Please don’t hesitate to reach out!
