We purchased and moved to Brisbane in 2022 and took out a loan on the Hawthorn house to buy our Brisbane house but seem to be sinking with mortgage repayments and would appreciate some more cash and less expense!

Our daughter is now in Melb for Uni and may stay down there for work so wanting to keep the option open to move back whilst maintaining our appreciating asset

We won’t be leaving our Brisbane jobs for another 5 years so looking for a co-investor for this length of time.
