House in Battery Point/ West Hobart

Hi I am looking for 2 others to got 1/3 in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Battery Point/ West Hobart area as joint residents or silent partners (I would rent the spare rooms out to cover your share).

The Details:

• Capital: $350-$400k
• Term: 5-7 years

A bit about me:

• mid 20’s currently living with flatmates however, figured I am far better off co-investing
• Some savings
• Good stable job however, do not earn enough to qualify or service a $900k+ loan 😅
• Honestly, don’t know what the future holds so keen to be flexible – e.g. I might want to travel for a year or who knows might meet someone and move out with them so would like provision that either entire house or my room can be rented.

Looking for someone in a similar boat or someone looking for an investment where they can make cash without the land tax 🫣
