Hi, we are looking at purchasing an apartment in Glebe now with the intention of moving in – in 5 years time. We are looking to invest 2/3 with a co-investor holding a 1/3 share – reason being to be below tax thresholds. We are happy to either have another “silent partner” where we rent the entire property out or resident partner who would like to live in the property – paying fixed rent for the share we own.
