EOI: joint resident or silent equity partner – Currumbin

Looking for:

• A co-owner either to share the flat or a silent equity partner (will rent out the spare room to cover your share)
• 50/50 or 30/70 split – I have good savings just not the ability to repay such a big mortgage! I’d like my share to be at least 50%
• If a joint resident another female in a similar spot in life

A bit about me:

• Mid 20’s
• Working as a nurse on the GC
• Love the area just sick of renting and having to move every few months
• I would like to exit the co-ownership agreement in 5 years – flexible to exit strategies (either bought out, I buy you out or sell the property entirely)

I have had a draft co-ownership agreement drawn up by my lawyer so really ready to find the perfect co-owner and negotiate the agreement with you!
