Hey! My husband and I are coming up to retirement and planning to downsize, but before we do, we’d love to spend six months travelling.
We’re hoping to free up some money to put towards our future downsized home without dipping into our retirement savings just yet, so we’re looking to sell a 25% share of our current home. We would be looking to sell the rest of our share of the home 2-3 years down the track.
We’re fairly flexible on how the arrangement could look and would love to chat with someone who might be looking for an opportunity like this.
