Hi! My partner and I are in our 20s and currently renting a flat in Sydney. We’re looking to get into the property market and figured that while buying a whole house on our own might be out of reach, we could afford half of one!
We’re looking around Bardwell Park for a home with separate living areas or a duplex-style setup and would love to find another couple interested in going 50/50 with us.
The homes we’re looking at are around the $2m mark, so ideally we’re looking for a couple in a similar position who could contribute around half.
