Seeking silent equity partner – 25% of home in Toowoomba

Hey! I’m in my late 30s with two kids and looking to buy a family home in Toowoomba.
I’ve got a stable job and can comfortably manage most of the purchase, but getting to 100% on my own is proving difficult. I’m hoping to find a silent equity partner interested in purchasing around a 25% share of the property.
My kids and I would live in the home and I’d pay fixed rent for your share. Ideally I’d like to work towards buying you out over the next 5–7 years, so I’m looking for someone who’s comfortable with a longer-term arrangement.
For me, this is really about creating some stability for the kids while still getting a foot in the property market.
